Avali vrchat avatar - Floofvali

Every time I release a new product, I always say that this is the craziest thing I've released. This one, I know I'm not going to be able to top for a while. these past two months have been tough, and I have learnt a lot, but its finally here! I hope you all love the avatar as much as I do. I really did put my heart and soul into this project!

This avatar isn't going to be perfect, I have worked really hard to make it as easy to use, and bug free as possible, but this is my first ever base, and its not going to be perfect. That's why your all invited to my discord server! I would love to hear your feedback, and bug reports. This helps me create good updates, and a better product for you guys!

INTRODUCING THE FLOOFVALI!

Say hello to this cute little face! The floofvali is my first ever avatar base, and there is a lot of good stuff to talk about! The base is inspired by RyuujinZERO's avali species. My main priority with this base was customizability. Whilst my avatar is a good representation of the official avali species, it includes a ton of non canon options and customizability such as:

• Breast shapekeys and physics
• Shapekeys to hide specific clumps of feathers
• Shapekeys to hide beans and claws
• 4 different hairstyle options, inspired by the lore and hairstyles from the Starbound avali mod
• Separate wing and skirt feather meshes, to make wingless avails easily.
• Pre installed wing and skirt feather extensions, which can be toggled on
• Double sided feathers, so NO CULLING ISSUES FOR QUESTIES YAY!

TEXTURES!

I also put a lot of effort into the textures! The base comes with a hand painted set of normals maps, painted by @eldritchelias on discord! These maps are perfect for creating a beautiful feathered and fluffy look, and are perfect for creating high quality renders. The base includes files such as:

• PSD files, which will work in any 2D painting program which supports that file type. (photoshop, krita, ect)
• Medibang paint pro files
• A set of male and female pre made textures, inspired by the official avali lore
• A couple of emissive masks which will work great with the default avali patterns
• High quality normal maps made by @eldritchelias
• Easy to use substance painter files!

EXTRA FEATURES!

• MMD shapekeys!
• This avatar has been added to the OpenFlight-VRC database! It should work in worlds which support avali flight. For more information: https://github.com/Mattshark89/OpenFlight-VRC
• Super awesome expressions, including cute and toony pop out hearts and blushing lines
• Exclusive roles and channels in the creative corner discord server, where you can share files with other verified floofvali users

PERFORMANCE - (taken from the floofvali basic package (includes front hair tuft, wing and skirt extension toggles))

• Overall performance: Medium
• Skinned mesh renderers: 6
• Material slots: 10 - 5 for floofvali by itself with no extras (Head - Body - Feathers - Eyes - Beans+claws)
• Polygons: 50,858
• Phys bone components: 14 (4 ears, 1 front feather tuft, 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 wing extensions, 2 skirt extensions, 1 tail)

REQUIREMENTS

• A decent understanding of unity, and the avatar creation process
• The latest vrchat 3.5SDK, and unity 2022.3.6f1. Using any older versions could cause issues.
• This avatar comes with some quest shaders set up for you, but is not quest compatible out of the box, however it should relatively easy to convert if you have a decent understanding of how to create Vrchat avatars
• The unity packages are set up using a standard shader, however I recommend importing your own custom shader, such as poiyomi, if you want to make the most of you avatar. You will need to change the shaders manually.

TERMS OF USE: - By purchasing this product, you are agreeing to the terms of use. Failure to follow these rules will result in the files being revoked from you account, and possible legal action depending on damages.

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:

• Edit the model for personal use
• Upload public cloneable avatars
• Make products, such as clothing, which are made to work with this avatar. However you cannot include the any of the floofvali avatar files with those products. You are allowed to monetize these products however you please. You are allowed to sell bits of clothing which use solidified parts of the floofvali mesh. distributing sufficient armature to carry weights is also allowed.
• Sell and monetise exclusive content made with these models, so long as the floofvali files themselves cannot be downloaded by another user. For example, selling a video of an animation you made using the floofvali is OK. Selling the project files for that animation, is not okay.
• Use this model for other social VR games such as Resonite or CVR so long as the files cannot be directly downloaded by other users
• Use this base for V-tubing.
• Sell textures on websites such as booth and gumroad, so long as you have the rights to sell your textures, and are not including the floofvali files
• Monetize and create commissions for other users using this base. If you create an avatar for another user using this base, they do not need to own the floofvali so long as you upload it to their account directly and must not provide them the original or modified files. If part of your commission process is giving the user the finished files afterwards, both users must legally own the floofvali

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO:

• create content using this avatar to promote hateful, or racist ideologies.
• sell kitbashes, or edits of the model.
• share any License Key that is provided from any purchase of this avatar.
• distribute the floofvali files, even if modified, to users who do not own the floofvali
• take credit for the avatar
• make any kind of artwork that has any tracing resemblance of this avatar, which includes drawing, modeling, texturing, sculpting, etc.
• use my avatar base to train AI
• make NFTs
• make merchandise
• Include the files with any products or assets you create and intent to sell/share.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT:

• Any users caught breaking these rules will have their product revoked from their account, their email blocked, reported to other creators, and possible legal action depending on the damages.
• Due to the nature of digital files, I cannot offer refunds
• I am not responsible for the misuse of my avatar.
• These terms of use, and conditions may change in the future
